Staging Services
The purpose of home staging is to prepare a property for sale. The home is presented in a way that makes it easy for potential buyers to see its strengths and the possibilities it offers. Staging does not hide any flaws but clarifies the layout, furnishings, and colour scheme of the home. Staging has been shown to reduce the time a property spends on the market.
Our staging service is part of our comprehensive brokerage service and can be included in your agreement to the extent you wish, for an additional fee. A brief, free consultation on how you can make your home more appealing and thereby shorten its time on the market is automatically included with every agreement we make.
