In addition, all our listings are featured on our website and displayed in our office window. We also use supplementary marketing channels when appropriate.
You decide, for example, whether your home is presented through public viewings or private showings only. We take care of all viewings at times agreed upon together with you. Many aspects of the process can also be tailored individually to suit your preferences. Regardless of how involved you wish to be, we keep you regularly informed throughout the entire sales process.
Our Commission
Apartment shares: 3.8% incl. VAT (25.5%) of the debt-free price. Minimum fee €3,950 incl. VAT (25.5%).
Real estate: 3.8% incl. VAT (25.5%). Minimum fee €5,450 incl. VAT (25.5%).
Rentals: one month’s rent + VAT (25.5%). Minimum fee €490 incl. VAT (25.5%).
